1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and RedRadar, operated by AI Solutions DEV ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our services, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Description of Service
RedRadar provides automated OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) security reports. Upon order, we analyse publicly available information about the submitted domain and deliver a professional security intelligence report within 24 hours. Our service includes:
- Automated passive reconnaissance using publicly available data sources.
- Analysis of DNS records, WHOIS data, SSL certificates, exposed subdomains, and other open-source signals.
- A structured, professional PDF/HTML report delivered to the email provided at checkout.
3. Authorised Use
You represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of, or have explicit authorisation from the owner of, the domain submitted for analysis.
- You will use the report solely for legitimate security assessment, penetration testing, or defensive security purposes on infrastructure you own or are authorised to test.
- You will not use the report to conduct any attack, intrusion, or unauthorised access against any system.
- You are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Submitting a domain you do not own or have permission to assess is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable computer misuse laws. Any such use will result in immediate termination of service and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. OSINT Scope & Limitations
RedRadar uses exclusively passive, non-intrusive OSINT techniques. We do not perform:
- Active port scanning or vulnerability exploitation.
- Any form of authenticated access or system intrusion.
- Social engineering or phishing simulations.
Our reports reflect publicly available information at the time of analysis. They are informational in nature and do not constitute a comprehensive penetration test or security audit. We make no guarantee that the report identifies all vulnerabilities or security issues present.
5. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed via our secure checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major payment methods via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, analysis begins and your report will be delivered within 24 hours. Reports are delivered to the email provided at checkout — please ensure it is accurate.
Prices are displayed on the website and may change at any time. The price displayed at the time of order is the price you pay.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service (automated analysis begins immediately upon payment), we generally do not offer refunds once analysis has started. However, if we are unable to deliver your report within 48 hours of confirmed payment due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. 7. Intellectual Property
The report delivered to you is licensed for your personal or organisational use. You may share it internally with your security team. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report content without our written consent. All underlying methodologies, software, and tooling used to generate reports remain the exclusive intellectual property of RedRadar / AI Solutions DEV.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
RedRadar reports are provided "as is", based on publicly available information at the time of analysis. We make no warranty regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular security purpose. No OSINT analysis replaces a full professional security audit or penetration test.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedRadar and AI Solutions DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, our reports. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to RedRadar at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable jurisdiction in which AI Solutions DEV operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of RedRadar after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
