- Order information — your name, email address, and the target domain you submit for OSINT analysis.
- Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never store card numbers or sensitive payment details.
- Report delivery data — email address used to deliver your security report.
- Usage data — anonymized, aggregated analytics (page views, referral source). No individual tracking.
- Communications — any messages or enquiries you send us.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data exclusively to:
- Process your order and deliver your OSINT security report.
- Send transactional communications (order confirmations, report delivery, follow-up).
- Respond to support requests or enquiries.
- Improve the quality and scope of our reports.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising profiling, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of our service delivery partners.
4. OSINT Report Data
The domain and organisation information you submit is used solely to generate your OSINT security report. All OSINT data collected during analysis relates only to publicly available information about the submitted domain. We do not perform any unauthorised access or active exploitation.
Completed reports and associated data are retained for up to 90 days after delivery to allow for re-delivery requests. After that period, they are permanently deleted.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
- Contractual necessity — to fulfil your order and deliver the report.
- Legitimate interest — to maintain service quality and system security.
- Legal obligation — where required by applicable law or regulation.
6. Cookies
We use only essential functional cookies to maintain your theme preference (rr-theme stored in localStorage). No advertising, tracking, or cross-site cookies are used. You can clear these at any time via your browser settings.
7. Data Sharing
We share your data only with:
- Stripe — our payment processor, for secure transaction handling.
- Email delivery service — to send you your report and transactional emails.
All service providers are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit any secondary use of your data.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:
- Order and report data: 90 days after report delivery, then permanently deleted.
- Payment records: as required by applicable financial regulations.
- Support communications: up to 24 months.
9. Your Rights
